Our fave go-tos for a delicious, healthy and insta-worthy spread.

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
Base
1 banana (green preferred, just make sure they aren't fully ripe)
100 ml almond milk or coconut milk
1 block of frozen acai (we love Trader Joe’s or Sambazon)
100 ml frozen strawberries
100 ml frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of lemon
A dash of ginger powder
Toppings
Ripe banana slices
Granola of choice
Coconut flakes
Chia seeds
Peanut butter
Mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Blend base together (pro tip: usually takes some patience, try not to add any more liquid to preserve the texture)
- Combine blended base with topping in a bowl
- Serve right away
Makes 2 servings (2 toasts each)
Ingredients:
4 slices of sourdough
Avo Mash
2 avocados
6 pcs of Green olives (sliced and pitted)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings:
4 tablespoons of crumbled feta
12 Mini medley tomatoes (cherry or grape tomatoes work) sliced in half
4 Red radish, thinly sliced
Handful of Arugula
4 tablespoons of shelled edamame
Olive oil (as preferred)
Instructions:
- Using a fork, mash sliced avocados in bowl and combine with lemon juice, salt, pepper and green olives
- Toast sourdough slices and drizzle with a little olive oil, then top with avocado mash
- Add toppings to avocado toast
- Pair with soft boiled eggs to top (boil for 6 mins)

8-10 mint leaves
1 orange

- Blend orange juice and mint leaves together
- Garnish with an orange slice
