Our Products & Pre-Orders

 
All of our items are released in limited quantities so that we limit overproduction and are able to streamline operations and make sure we aren’t contributing to more industry waste.

Once our initial stock has sold out, we may open a pre-order window. Pre-Ordered items have the estimated delivery date listed on each corresponding style. If you have any questions regarding the ETA of your item that has been purchased, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@shopclubcasual.com.

  
We only produce limited styles in limited quantities so items will likely not be restocked unless they are in high demand. Grab them while you can!

 

Gift Cards


The e-gift card can be redeemed online at checkout and is only valid for U.S. customers. Please note that discounts cannot be applied to e-gift cards. All gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 


Gift cards are delivered via email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. In order to reduce waste, no physical gift card will be mailed.


Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. 

 

Shipping


At this time, we only ship orders within the U.S.


Please ensure that shipping information and addresses are accurate and correct. We will always attempt to make sure you receive your package. 


In the event that the information provided is inaccurate, any charges incurred by us to reroute your shipment, make an address correction, as well as lost or delayed packages will be the responsibility of the customer. 


We will, of course, do our best to contact you if a problem with a shipping address occurs.


 

Return Policies 
 
We've put a lot of effort into creating our pieces and we hoped you would've loved them but we understand that, sometimes, it just doesn't work out. 


We'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed items with the tags still attached within 7 days of receipt. Once we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund to the payment method used in the original order. Please note that not all purchases, such as final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.


We ask that you email us at hello@shopclubcasual.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please send returnable items back using this postage. Please note a restocking/shipping fee of $15-20 will be deducted from your refund. The fee varies based on weight. (Collection 01 will be $15 and Collection 02 will be $20.)

Make sure to only use our pre-paid return labels so we can make sure to track the products. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own which we send to you.


Exchange Policies


If you need to exchange an item, we ask that you email us at hello@shopclubcasual.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please send exchangeable items back using this postage. We offer free shipping on your purchase but note that there will be a $12 exchange fee to cover part of the shipping costs for an exchange.


Please note we can only offer exchanges for items of the same color and style at this time, and all exchanges are dependent on stock availability. We can only process an exchange once per order, but you can return your exchange order if it doesn't work out.
 

Sitewide Sales, Giveaways, Promotions and Clearance Sales

All promotions on sale items, unless otherwise specified are final sale.

 

Giveaways

Please note that 1) giveaways with monetary value (e.g. win $X to shop) come in the form of a coupon code. You must use the coupon code within 30 days of receiving it or it will expire and won't be valid 2) giveaways which come in the form of product can't be returned or exchanged

        How soon will I get my refund? 


        Once return package is received, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. Once your refund is processed, please allow up to 10 business days to be credited back to your original form of payment. Please note that the return fee will be deducted from your refund.

         

        What items are exchangeable? 


           - Items returned within 7 days of the delivery date

            Can I exchange or return my items? 


            Yes! Please email us and we will provide you with further instructions and/or the return label.

            Once we receive the package, please allow 2-3 business days for your exchanges or return to be inspected and processed.

            Exchange requests have a $12 fee to cover shipping costs. 

            Returns have a $15-20 (varies by weight) for shipping and restocking fee.
